About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to work with our patients in the Norristown, PA area. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with a range of physical therapy needs
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to help patients achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Active and current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of PA
  • Previous home healthcare experience is welcomed, but not required
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned
  • Strong assessment skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a calm and reassuring presence
