Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and home health aides as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care and services provided

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Registered Physical Therapist with an active Connecticut State License
Minimum of one year of experience in a home health care agency or similar setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
