A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

In the role of Customer Service Coordinator, you will represent our company to clients. You will assist customers in person, via electronic communication, and through text messaging. You will provide information about our swimming programs to prospective clients and address any inquiries they may have. When organizing or modifying swim lesson schedules, you will maintain an orderly and efficient calendar. Utilizing your problem-solving abilities, you will help resolve customer issues, ensuring that our swim instructors' schedules remain well-organized and effective.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

This full- or part-time position typically operates during business hours on Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
