Job Summary

The Test Development Manager is responsible for developing and leading the test solution for SiTime's precision timing devices. This includes board-level design, algorithm development, software implementation, and validation on custom and standard automated test equipment (ATE) platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Develop robust test solutions for SiTime's precision timing devices, considering quality, cost, and time to market.
  • Perform board-level design of custom test boards and probe cards.
  • Set up, implement, debug, and optimize test programs for automated testing.
  • Ensure test programs are scalable, reusable, and accurate.
  • Lead yield enhancement and cost reduction projects.
  • Collaborate with overseas personnel to release test solutions into production.
Requirements
  • Minimum BS Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of related work experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of managing teams.
  • Solid background in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs.
  • Hands-on skills with ATE platforms such as Teradyne's ETS-364, ETS-88, uFLEX, and LTX-Credence's ASL1.
