Industrial Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

Aerotek is the largest industrial staffing firm in the country, with over 250 offices.

In Montana, you will recruit across the western part of the state, focusing on all industrial skillsets, such as Welders, Carpenters, Forklift drivers, Machine operators, and many other crucial jobs that keep Montana running.

This is a salary-plus-commission job with an uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound and outbound calls to potential candidates
• Complete reference checks and interviews with candidates
• Schedule interviews with candidates at client sites
• Network with potential candidates at job fairs & networking events
• Visit client sites for tours and to discuss job requirements

Work Environment:

The majority of the time will be at our office on Main street. You can also conduct interviews & meetings at coffee shops and over lunch/happy hours as well.
