Position: Retail Merchandiser

Service Areas: Various locations across the West, Central, and East Coast Regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned store routes, collaborating closely with the District Manager.
  • Order necessary inventory in accordance with store guidelines, utilizing a company-provided tablet and Repsly software.
  • Execute a structured store visit process, which includes delivering merchandise, completing task forms, capturing images, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and policies related to invoicing and returns.
  • Understand planograms and departmental layouts while ensuring effective inventory management.
Additional Duties:
  • Communicate efficiently with store associates during visits.
  • Verify and document merchandise shipments upon arrival.
  • Maintain professional interactions with store management and staff.
  • Organize and clean display areas and shelves.
  • Conduct store assessments and audits as required.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Potential to service additional locations based on business needs.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D; prior experience in merchandising or retail is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for travel.
  • Proof of car insurance and a clean driving record.
  • Access to a computer or smartphone with internet connectivity.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
