The Role

As a Program Coordinator focused on Reporting at Mission Bit, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our data reporting systems, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our reporting processes. You will work closely with the Program Manager and other team members to collect, analyze, and report on program data to support decision-making and program improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain data reporting systems, including Salesforce and FormAssembly
  • Create forms related to student registration, feedback, and impact measurement
  • Collect and manage program data to track student progress, program impact, and other key metrics
  • Complete regular reporting for external and internal stakeholders, providing comprehensive updates on program activities and outcomes
  • Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and distribution of devices, ensuring students and staff have the necessary technology resources for successful program participation
Requirements
  • Experience managing and analyzing data in a non-profit or educational setting
  • Experience working with youth preferred
  • Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Ability to travel to various locations around the San Francisco Bay Area as needed
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
