We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Williamstown, KY. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the SaaS industry. You should have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to explain complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Basecamp, Wrike, Asana, or similar software
