CNC Machining Specialists Job Summary

PROMAN Staffing, a leading staffing agency in Hammonton, NJ, partners with a renowned manufacturer of precision components to fill CNC Machining Specialist positions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform setups, programming, and machining of precision parts on CNC and manual machines in an air-conditioned shop environment.
  • Operate brand-new Haas ST25Y Lathe and other CNC lathe models to produce high-quality components.
Requirements:
  • Education: Technical training or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in CNC programming and operations, working to tight tolerances.
  • Familiarity with MasterCAM or similar CAM packages is preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use traditional measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Physical ability to mount and machine parts as required.
