Job Summary:

  • Lead and direct pharmacy teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community leaders to promote our services.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Pharmacy or equivalent experience.
  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the relevant states.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail pharmacy management.

Salary: $60-$65 per hour.
