Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and interns
  • Ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications
  • Providing patient counseling and education on medication use and health outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and inventory management
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state(s) where the pharmacy operates
  • At least one year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
