We're seeking an Activities Assistant to join our team at Ciena Healthcare, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities- Implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Assist residents with transportation to and from activities and outings
- Maintain positive relationships with residents' families and encourage their involvement in our programs
- Document resident attendance and participation in activities in a timely and accurate manner
- Support residents in meeting their individual needs, preferences, and routines
- High school diploma required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
