Position Overview:

The Facility Maintenance Staff is responsible for upholding cleanliness and safety standards throughout the premises. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas.
  • Collect and dispose of waste materials.
  • Address incidental spills through appropriate cleaning methods.
  • Ensure the exterior grounds are free of debris.
  • Adhere to safety protocols when using cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Dust and clean various surfaces, including furniture and equipment.
  • Wash windows and glass surfaces using suitable cleaning solutions.
  • Utilize communication tools to manage work orders efficiently.
  • Understand and implement safety guidelines and policies.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and filters.
  • Assist in moving furniture and supplies as needed.
  • Execute additional maintenance duties as required by property specifications.

Physical Requirements:

Must be capable of meeting the physical demands associated with the role.

Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance is preferred. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply.
