Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Visually inspect rooms to ensure adherence to brand standards and make any necessary adjustments
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Hotel experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
Work Environment

This job will be performed in a typical indoor hotel environment, with frequent exposure to cleaning equipment and chemicals. The employee must be able to stand, move, and reach with hands and arms overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. The employee must also be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or place cleaning products and supplies up to 25 pounds.
