Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
- New York State licensure and DEA registration required.
- Specialty expertise in Family Medicine with a minimum of three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience.
- Prior experience in an academic or leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements for residency programs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and management capabilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate both residents and faculty.
- Commitment to excellence in education and patient care.
