About the Role

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing management support for the day-to-day activities pertaining to our business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Training: Responsible for onboarding new clients, including training, system setup, and data integration.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a liaison between internal and external customers to execute daily activities from order placement to shipment.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Communicate and process requests for services, provide recommendations based on customer needs, and identify problems, determine root cause, and develop solutions for internal and external customers.
  • Documentation and Process Improvement: Process documentation, create and maintain project timelines and schedules, and utilize Continuous Improvement tools to identify and document process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Business Management or logistics-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience within the 3PL industry.
  • Skills: Proficient with MS Office applications, with expertise in Project Management software, MS Project Professional. Familiar with warehousing/logistics/transportation industry operations and related systems: WMS / LMS / TMS. Understanding of revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections.
