Job Title: PowerBI Admin

At Diverse Lynx LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Admin to join our team. As a Power BI Admin, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Power BI service, including workspaces, dataflows, and datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Management: Manage and maintain the Power BI service, including workspaces, dataflows, and datasets.
  • Gateway Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and updates of Power BI gateways.
  • Data Security: Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize Power BI performance and capacity.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Best Practices: Implement best practices for Power BI report design and data modeling.
  • User Support: Provide technical support to Power BI users.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize Power BI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Data Management: Manage data sources and ensure accurate and timely data refreshes.
  • Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies within Power BI.
