About the Role
The Electronic Billing Manager will oversee all aspects of the electronic billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This includes developing and maintaining client-specific e-billing guidelines and protocols, as well as identifying and resolving e-billing issues and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and maintain client-specific e-billing guidelines and protocols.
  • Proactively identify and resolve e-billing issues and discrepancies.
  • Train and support internal teams on e-billing platforms and processes.
  • Manage relationships with external e-billing vendors and clients.
  • Review invoices for compliance with client guidelines and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
  • Load/manage OCG's in Terms/3E.

About You
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years of supervisory experience, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Post high school training in accounting or general finance area is required. Knowledge of Elite 3E and prior work within a law firm finance department setting are a plus.
