The Department of Veteran Affairs is currently in search of two dedicated, board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physicians to join our Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). This role is crucial in providing exceptional healthcare services to our Veterans. Key Features of the Role:

  • Attractive Starting Salary: $210,000 - $235,000
  • Standard Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. No on-call duties.
  • Opportunity to conduct telehealth consultations to enhance patient care.
  • Possible travel up to 25% to various Community Based Outpatient Clinics.
  • Manage care for approximately 12-20 outpatients daily, covering all aspects of acute care.
  • Accountable for comprehensive acute patient care.
  • Engage in quality management reviews as part of the responsibilities.
  • Ensure the successful attainment of relevant Performance Measures and oversee assigned areas.
  • Participate actively in the peer review process and timely completion of Physician reviews.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Family Practice preferred; experience with the VA is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer usage for electronic medical documentation.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen; non-citizen candidates may be considered if no suitable U.S. Citizen is found.
  • Possess a full and unrestricted medical license from any U.S. State.
