Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented On-site Substance Testing Specialist to join our team at Tomo Drug Testing. As an On-site Substance Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting on-site drug and alcohol testing, maintaining and upkeeping company-owned equipment, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct On-site Testing: Conduct on-site drug and alcohol testing following Tomo Drug Testing procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain Equipment: Maintain and upkeep Tomo-owned equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Record Keeping: Record tests completed through billables on a daily basis and coordinate and submit testing paperwork daily.
  • Client Communication: Provide client feedback and growth opportunities to your District Manager and submit client updates to the program administration department, if applicable.
  • Customer Service: Create raving fans through exceptional customer service and provide a positive experience for our clients.
Requirements
  • Desirable Traits: A desire to make a difference, excellent customer service capabilities, the ability to problem solve and think independently, quick learner with a high capacity for new information and skills, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license with an outstanding driving record.
