We are seeking a dedicated Chaplain to become part of our esteemed team of hospice care professionals, making a significant impact by listening, caring, and serving.

POSITION SUMMARY: The primary role is to deliver spiritual care to patients and caregivers across all age groups, conducting spiritual assessments, offering spiritual and pastoral support, and facilitating referrals to address the needs of patients and families.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In good standing with a recognized denomination or religious affiliation; a college degree is preferred, with a Master of Divinity being highly regarded
  • Experience within a spiritual or religious organization; a minimum of one (1) year as a Chaplain in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with community spiritual resources and strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with auto liability insurance
