Your Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Oversee operational responsibilities, ensuring alignment with call center objectives and KPIs, with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor direct reports, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and biannual performance evaluations.
- Offer strategic insights for ongoing enhancements to call center functions.
- Serve as the primary liaison for various administrative teams regarding client-related matters and escalations; participate in client discussions as necessary, ensuring effective follow-up and resolution of issues.
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in managing contact center operations, including supervisory roles.
- In-depth understanding of contact center processes.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring quick decision-making and adherence to deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in creating and managing spreadsheets and drafting professional correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to pursue industry-related certifications and knowledge.

The salary range for this position is competitive and based on various factors, including education, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
