About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Application Developer to join our team at SiriusXM. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for our Oracle E-Business Suite Applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop technical specifications, software design, software implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite Applications
  • Interact with end-users to provide support and gather requirements
  • Develop ad-hoc reports using SplashBI tool, customize Oracle standard reports, and develop custom reports to meet business functional requirements
  • Customize Oracle Workflow to meet business processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentations
  • Participate in knowledge sharing with other developers to make them more effective
  • Work in a team environment by submitting design, source code, and unit test cases for review and performing reviews of other team member's deliverables
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of Oracle Application development and customization experiences in Oracle EBS Applications Release R12
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS 11i and R12 Application architecture, data structures, and functionality around GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, PA, INV, and HR modules in Multi Org and Multi Currency environments
  • Experience in oracle SOA in creating/testing REST/ SOAP Web services in Postman/SOAP UI
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate the solution to non-technical management, peers, and end-users
  • Good public speaking and presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to pay attention to details and be organized
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $143,100, depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
