Daily Responsibilities:
- Flexible Scheduling: Available Monday to Friday, with hours from 7 AM to 5 PM (options for half days are 7 AM - 12 PM or 12 PM - 5 PM).
- Execute and adhere to lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure a seamless educational experience.
- Maintain an effective classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and minimizes disruptions.
- Tailor instructional methods to accommodate the diverse needs of students.
- Oversee students in various settings, including hallways, playgrounds, and cafeterias.
- Assign in-class tasks based on the lesson plan provided.
- For long-term assignments: collaborate with department heads to create lesson plans that align with the regular teacher's curriculum.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate degree or completion of 60+ college credit hours.
- Bachelor's degree or teaching certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Compensation: Starting at $90-120 per day based on educational qualifications and teaching credentials.
