Job Overview
Hanna Imports is a leading used automotive group, dedicated to exceptional service and quality vehicles. We are seeking an ambitious Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position on an hourly basis with benefits available after 90 days.

As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for processing daily transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Process daily bank deposits and credit card batch processing.
  • Post daily invoices for payables and receivables.
  • Maintain clean schedules weekly.
  • Support the Controller and/or Office Manager.

  • Professional appearance required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
