Core Responsibilities
  • Oversee and implement individualized patient care strategies
  • Assist patients in various locations as required
  • Acknowledge and celebrate significant milestones achieved within the first year

Work Schedule and Shift Information
  • The position involves 7 consecutive evening shifts from 5 PM to 8 AM, Monday through Sunday, with on-call responsibilities and patient visits as necessary. Following this period, there will be 7 consecutive days off.
