Job Title: H Mart Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Associate to join our team at H Mart. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with various tasks such as receiving, stocking, and facing merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and provide assistance with products and services.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, and restocking shelves.
  • Receiving and Stocking: Receive and stock merchandise, including checking for quality and accuracy.
  • Operations Support: Assist with various tasks such as operating cash registers, processing payments, and handling customer complaints.
Requirements:
  • Positive Attitude: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with products and services offered by H Mart.
  • Organization and Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Initiative to quickly assess and resolve issues or concerns.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
