- Conduct vehicle test drives, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Facilitate vehicle delivery, providing clear explanations of vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and educational classes to stay informed about industry developments and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve individual and department sales goals.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry (but we will train the right person).
- Previous sales experience in any industry is a plus.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Pleasant and friendly demeanor, with an outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
