Automotive Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Arbitrator and Customer Advocate to join our team at Cox Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Review customer complaints and mechanic reports to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Inspect vehicles to authorize repairs and negotiate with customers to resolve disputes
- Mediate disputes and negotiate repair and/or pricing of disputed vehicles to arrive at a mutually acceptable solution
- Monitor and maintain accurate files for each arbitration case and interact with sales personnel regarding vehicle sales
- Act as a liaison with federal and state authorities regarding odometer rollbacks and salvage vehicles
- Promote the Auction and its services with customers to gain additional business
- A high school diploma or GED and less than 2 years of related experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- The ability to adapt in a fluid and changing environment
