This position is customer-facing and requires hands-on technical expertise across design, implementation, and operational phases, with an emphasis on resolving technical challenges to enhance customer adoption. You will collaborate with select clients to lead in-depth technical architecture discussions with senior executives, Enterprise Architects, platform engineers, and developers. Additionally, you will work alongside various internal and external teams to develop pilot projects and oversee implementation initiatives, ensuring that technical barriers to adoption are effectively addressed.

    • Growth in Cloud Consumption: Identify opportunities to enhance Customer Success metrics by educating technical decision-makers on the necessary Azure Infrastructure services for scalable AI solutions.
    • Architectural Design and Implementation: Conduct Architectural Design Sessions to strategize the implementation of solutions that align with customer business objectives and technical environments.
    • Resolution of Technical Challenges: Utilize your expertise in Azure Infrastructure to identify and resolve issues that may hinder the successful launch of customer projects.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Continuous Learning: Maintain a self-directed learning approach to align your skills with team and customer success goals.
    • Engage with relevant communities to share knowledge, contribute to intellectual property creation, and learn from peers to expedite customer transformation journeys.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with relevant experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, or architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure and familiarity with various cloud technologies.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to articulate the business value and risks associated with proposed solutions to stakeholders.
  • Trusted Advisor: Capability to build strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their needs and technology landscape.
  • Situational Awareness: Skill in interpreting verbal and non-verbal cues to enhance communication effectiveness.
  • Active Listening: Proficiency in asking insightful questions to uncover customer needs and challenges.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Well Architected Framework/Cloud Adoption Framework (WAF/CAF) with a focus on proactive resiliency, including Networking, Zonal/multi-region strategies, and Security.
