Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain precise financial records for both commercial and residential properties.
  • Oversee month-end closing processes and produce monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Prepare year-end documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Assist in the development of operating budgets and provide variance analysis.
  • Execute year-end journal entries as directed by accounting professionals.
  • Manage debt refinancing processes and coordinate with banking representatives.
  • Track cash positions and balances across all accounts.
  • Facilitate outbound wire transfers.
  • Organize annual tax filing reports as required.
  • Undertake additional accounting tasks as assigned by senior management.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate accounting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, particularly Yardi Voyager, is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles related to property management.
