Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years' experience in maintenance operations.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and other technical documents.
  • Experience in supervisory roles and ability to lead a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare facilities and knowledge of related regulations.
  • Certifications in maintenance-related fields (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
