Territory Cafe Server

Deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests by providing friendly and responsive service. Uphold and improve upon all service standards of Menus and Venues Food & Beverage.

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and make them feel at home.
• Inform guests of daily specials and menu changes to enhance their dining experience.
• Make personalized recommendations and suggest beverage pairings to complement their meal.
• Answer questions about menu items, including regions where ingredients come from and how dishes are prepared.
• Provide detailed information about wine and beer lists, including production regions and flavor profiles.
• Answer questions about restaurant functions and services, as well as those of other restaurants in the company.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner and clear and replace settings between each course.
• Perform side work before, during, and at the end of each shift to maintain a clean and efficient service area.
• Monitor and observe guests' dining experiences, ensuring they are satisfied with the food and service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Prepare final bills, present checks to guests, accept payment, and process credit card charges or make change as needed.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow service staff members and contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.

• Previous experience in a comparable restaurant is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and excellent multi-tasking skills are essential.
• A personable and professional demeanor is required.
• A passion for great food and service is a must.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) is necessary.
• Ability to reach, bend, and stoop is also required.
