- At least five years of experience as an Application Program Manager.
- At least three years of experience working with large customers (500+ employees).
- Experience writing service-level agreements and operating-level agreements for content management systems or enterprise-level websites.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A clear understanding of website creation best practices and industry standards.
