Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in program evaluation, including evidence-based practices and outcome measurement. They will also have experience navigating Louisiana's governmental, business, and community landscape and various audiences/stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget
  • Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
  • Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and communication
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Experience with collecting, analyzing, and reporting key data
  • Experience in program evaluation, including evidence-based practices and outcome measurement
