We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

In this role as a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure that each patient receives personalized attention and support.

You will be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, taking vital signs, and recording patient observations. Additionally, you will be involved in educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and building long-term relationships with them.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be comfortable working around blood and needles. Physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet is also necessary.
