Position Overview

The Crew Member is tasked with executing specific responsibilities and duties as assigned within the establishment.

This role is essential in ensuring that each patron enjoys a positive experience, while also preparing high-quality food items in accordance with established standards. Furthermore, it is vital to maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Adhering to all company guest service protocols; taking necessary actions to guarantee that all patrons receive exceptional service.
• Efficiently managing assigned workstations; ensuring cleanliness and adequate supplies at each station; performing additional cleaning tasks as needed.
• Guaranteeing that all patrons receive hot, quality food items; preparing, packaging, and delivering products in line with menu standards.
• Handling all food items in accordance with company guidelines; complying with all food safety, handling, and sanitation regulations to safeguard the health and safety of guests and staff.
• Following company cash management policies to control and reduce restaurant expenses; utilizing all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities appropriately.
• Exhibiting strong verbal communication skills; effectively interacting with various stakeholders (both internal and external).
• Carrying out additional tasks and/or special projects as assigned in response to evolving business needs and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES

• Currently enrolled in high school; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Must possess reliable transportation to the workplace.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include early morning and late-night shifts.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Fast-paced setting involving the use of kitchen equipment in confined spaces.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to bend and stoop.
• Comfortable working in a heated environment.
• Able to lift items comfortably.
• Familiarity with various cleaning agents.
