We are a nationwide retail hemp company seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, including hemp-based products, and educate customers on their benefits and uses.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with products and supplies on a daily basis.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales goals by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products.

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends and have reliable transportation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
