Position Overview:
At UFC Gym, we are seeking a dynamic Mixed Martial Arts Instructor to enhance our fitness offerings. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our members. Your role will encompass delivering high-quality training sessions, engaging in personal training, and promoting product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance:
    • Conduct and facilitate Private and Small Group Training sessions with clients.
    • Encourage member participation in personalized training programs.
    • Oversee the accurate management of client training plans, supplement transactions, and workout logs.
    • Participate in revenue-generating initiatives, including complimentary training sessions and workshops.
    • Implement strategies for prospecting and lead generation, including conducting facility tours.
    • Meet and exceed personal monthly sales targets.
  • Member Engagement:
    • Enhance member experiences through exceptional service, knowledge, and sales.
    • Act as a representative of UFC Gym, embodying the “Train Different” ethos.
    • Deliver safe and effective MMA training programs.
    • Ensure a tidy and well-organized training environment.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Private Training methodologies.
  • Familiarity with dotFIT software and programs.
  • Ability to operate various fitness equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-focused approach.
  • Proficient in standard office software applications.
  • Outgoing and self-driven personality.

Preferred Experience:

  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Certification recognized by UFC Gym.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Four-year degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Minimum of one year of related experience.
