We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Cordeck, a growing manufacturing company based in Wisconsin. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the Accounting department and performing various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the Accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Maintain company asset files, 1099s, capital budget expenditures, and other financial records.
  • File and pay monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and corporate taxes.
  • Work closely with all departments and accountants to maintain accurate financial files.
  • Determine customer credit worthiness and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of accounting experience and knowledge.
  • Proven experience in managing a team or department.
  • Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of Mac OS systems.
  • High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
