Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: The Technology Consultant is responsible for nurturing relationships with decision-makers at assigned client accounts, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
  • Consultative Engagement: Acting as a trusted advisor, the Technology Consultant guides clients in adopting technology solutions that align with their business needs and supports technology investments that benefit both VC3 and the client.
  • Contract Management: Leading the contract renewal process and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings for existing clients.
  • Communication: Responding to client inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring that their needs are addressed in a timely manner.
Client Interaction
  • Meeting Coordination: Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with clients to discuss business needs, report on progress, and align on next steps.
  • Quarterly Engagement: Touching base with clients quarterly to maintain alignment and address outstanding items.
Technology Insight
  • Solution Awareness: Understanding VC3's technology offerings and ensuring clients' adherence to established standards.
  • Identifying Needs: Recognizing areas where clients may require new technology solutions and collaborating with internal teams to address these needs.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Participating in training and team meetings as required.
  • Supporting relationships between VC3, clients, and third-party providers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business analysis and data analysis.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in consultative selling and a solid understanding of IT solutions.
  • 5+ years of relevant business experience; Technical Account Manager experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
