About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Detail Crew Leader to join our team at BrightView. As a Detail Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members in performing detail and gardening work, as well as spray and pesticide applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficiency and client standards are met
  • Conduct site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and provide guidance on soil, planting, watering, and insect control
  • Perform spray and pesticide applications
  • Drive and maintain company vehicles, train personnel on safety protocols, and handle schedules and review charts and reports

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in landscape detail/gardening and pesticide application
  • 1 year (minimum) experience managing a 2+ person crew (highly preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CDL
  • Reliable transportation
  • Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
  • Able to read architectural drawings
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Able to work well with others
