Job Duties- Provide primary clinical support to healthcare providers, patients, and their families to assist in diagnosis and treatment of patient conditions.
- Obtain and document patient medical history, chief complaint, vital signs, and provide basic medical data for healthcare providers.
- Assist healthcare providers in performance of minor surgical diagnostic procedures and ancillary diagnostic examinations.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens and complete associated paperwork to expedite laboratory studies.
- Administer medications and vaccines under the direction of a healthcare provider and per scope of practice.
- Clean and set up examination and treatment rooms between cases, ensuring required levels of asepsis and availability of appropriate instruments and equipment.
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program-Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
- Basic Life Support Certification and Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
