Key Responsibilities- Deliver products to customers in an efficient and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for recipients
- Gather and organize delivery tickets by area
- Log tickets in the computer system
- Organize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Load products in the delivery vehicle in a safe and secure manner
- Responsible for vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and general care of vehicle
- Drive delivery vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
- Assist with food production tasks and other duties as needed to support the team
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Current, Valid State Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Knowledge of driving and transportation laws for the state of vehicle operation
- Ability to provide proof of auto vehicle insurance
- Must have a smartphone with willingness to download mobile application to enable deliveries and delivery tracking
- Must possess geographical knowledge of service area
- Experience as a Courier Driver is preferred
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and/or pushing objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must have physical capabilities to operate a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to sit and drive for long periods of time, up to 85% of the work shift
- Ability to follow directions, read maps, and independently arrive at locations
- Ability to take responsibility for learning all aspects of the position
- Ability to consistently show up to work on time and reliably work assigned shifts
- Ability to apply constructive feedback from supervisors and/or managers
- Demonstrates a positive attitude when faced with challenges and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
