REPORTS TO: Bread Manager
SALARY / GRADE LEVEL: Hourly / Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentoring and guiding the baking team to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Preparing, shaping, and baking a diverse range of unique breads.
  • Managing ordering and scheduling tasks as required.
  • Adhering to the production schedule and making necessary adjustments to remain on track.
  • Effectively utilizing communication channels to engage with the team.
  • Upholding cleanliness by following our food safety protocols.
  • Organizing and storing deliveries.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a bakery setting.
  • A genuine passion for quality food and hospitality.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude towards fostering a constructive workplace.
  • Current Texas Food Handlers certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Capability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, exceeding 8 hours.
