About the Role

Hudl is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Director to join our sales team. As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for selling high-value packages to organizations within a strategically significant market. You will be a sales leader, responsible for bringing new teams to Hudl, selling package deals, and leveraging larger deals to increase customer spend and probability of renewal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a sales leader, responsible for bringing new teams to Hudl and selling package deals.
  • Achieve aggressive revenue targets with key accounts and territories in our strategic markets.
  • Expand your market through compelling negotiation, converting customers from competitors and maximizing deal value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, such as athletic directors and head coaches.
  • Be strategic, creating accurate revenue forecasts and performance metrics, providing insights on market trends, and reporting back to management.
Requirements
  • Experienced in SaaS sales, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience building complex deals.
  • Coach and mentor other salespeople, helping them to develop and lead them to success.
  • Methodical and disciplined in approach, with a background working with a CRM like Salesforce.
  • Consultative, taking the time to establish relationships, understand client goals, and sell solutions that suit them.
  • Curious and continuously learning, with a background in territory sales and a passion for sports and technology.
