Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Use your experience and skills to follow up with leads and ultimately close business. You will be responsible for all sales activities within the center and will serve as the first point of contact for customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service, build relationships, and use consultative selling when dealing with customers.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Execute various marketing programs and prepare estimates and work orders.
  • Database Management: Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, direct mail, and other marketing activities.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain an attractive retail environment (clean, organized, and functional).
  • Administrative Tasks: Help as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and required paperwork.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: At least three years in retail or inside sales with excellent customer service experience.
  • Skills: Proven record of consistently hitting/exceeding sales targets or quotas, able to perform cold calls to secure new business for the center, experience resolving customer satisfaction issues, experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects, proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite, strong verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
