  • Support client issues with high-level data analysis and project review, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate client applications using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Make modifications to alert tools to ensure proper monitoring of Mobile Infrastructure, ensuring timely detection and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain interaction with internal teams and third-party entities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide detailed information to Tier 1 clients, internal DevOps teams, and 3rd party vendors, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Engage in internal issues review and support calls, providing expert technical guidance and leadership.
  • Assist in support hours of operation and off-hour production emergencies, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Help stabilize production environment migrations, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Identify root causes of technical issues in production and out-of-box failures, developing corrective actions and implementing solutions.
  • Design and develop solutions to better identify spiking errors and potential issues that could lead to outages, ensuring proactive and effective mitigation.
  • Interact with project teams for new product development, providing insights from technical issues of previous releases/migrations.
  • Study and recommend corrective solutions for enhancing issue detection efficiency, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
