We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Electrophysiology Lab team at ChristianaCare. As an Electrophysiology Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and procedural assistance in our state-of-the-art electrophysiology suite.
Key Responsibilities:- Circulate patients through pre- and post-procedure processes, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Scrub in with providers for electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker insertion, internal cardioverter defibrillator insertion, and ablations.
- Record and troubleshoot equipment, monitor and perform measurements on intracardiac recording systems, and operate stimulators and ablation generators.
- DE RN License or RN License from a compact state.
- BSN preferred.
- At least two years of RN experience, with experience in Electrophysiology or other procedural areas preferred.
- Experience with EKG and Telemetry required.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
