- Strategize and drive process improvements focused on innovative care delivery and operational models.
- Promote the use and implementation of technology to streamline operations and improve patient care.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement programs, policies, and procedures that address patient care needs.
- Ensure patient and family-centered care is comprehensive, coordinated, and monitored for effectiveness.
- Allocate financial, information, and human capital for improvement activities.
- Serve as a member of the executive leadership team, building and supporting relationships with internal and external constituents.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hospital administration, with a focus on operations and leadership.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with corporate management, facility management, and employees.
- Ability to analyze situations, evaluate data, and recommend and implement courses of action to improve hospital operations.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, short and long-range goal implementation, and business acumen.
