  • Allocate financial, information, and human capital for improvement activities.
  • Serve as a member of the executive leadership team, building and supporting relationships with internal and external constituents.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in hospital administration, with a focus on operations and leadership.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with corporate management, facility management, and employees.
  • Ability to analyze situations, evaluate data, and recommend and implement courses of action to improve hospital operations.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning, short and long-range goal implementation, and business acumen.
